1. Program Description

Truvo Digital LLC may provide transactional or service-related SMS messages on behalf of its clients. Depending on the service, messages may include information or links you requested, appointment or showing details, account or job updates, payment or receipt notifications, and follow-up directly related to your inquiry, service, or transaction. This program does not include recurring marketing or promotional messages.

2. Opt-In

You will receive messages only after requesting information or services, or after providing consent through a disclosed phone, web, application, or other client workflow. The applicable disclosure will identify the sender and the types of messages you may receive.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Truvo Digital is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

7. Privacy

SMS messaging is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carrier support is not guaranteed and may vary.
