1. Acceptance

By using Truvo's websites or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you represent a company, you confirm authority to bind it to this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Truvo provides AI-powered communication automation, workflow software, and integration infrastructure. We may update or modify features at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping credentials confidential.
  • Ensuring your content and usage comply with laws.
  • Acquiring necessary consents for call recording or data collection.

4. Fees & Billing

Service fees, credits, and usage rates are defined in your proposal or platform account. Truvo may adjust pricing with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Truvo retains ownership of its software, AI models, branding, and infrastructure. Clients retain ownership of their underlying business data and content.

You grant Truvo a limited license to use uploaded or integrated data solely to provide and improve Services.

6. AI Disclaimer

Truvo's automation system generates automated responses. While trained for accuracy, it may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete information. Use human oversight for critical communications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Truvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 3 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, access ceases and stored data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

10. SMS Messaging Program Terms

Truvo provides optional SMS communications for demo confirmations, account notifications, Growth Audits, appointment reminders, and occasional promotional offers. By opting in, you agree to the following program terms:

  • Program Name & Description: Truvo SMS Program delivers transactional updates and marketing messages related to Truvo services.
  • How to Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to (856) 272-3153. After we confirm the unsubscribe status, you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.
  • Customer Support: For help with the messaging program, reply HELP to (856) 272-3153 or email contact@gettruvo.com.
  • Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Charges & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on account activity and preferences.
  • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle data, including SMS consent records.
